She is the mother of two children. She also went to high school at Career Connections Charter. Since her youth, she was interested in sporting activities and other activities. This was a huge help to her later in life when she made the decision to integrate her professional life with sports. Amy graduated from Grove City Area High School in 1998. She then enrolled at Nova Southeastern University to get her BS in elementary education. While she was very keen on sports, she has always had a deep love for kids, and wanted to work with them, so she became a teacher. When she graduated in 2002 she continued her education at Waynesburg University, getting her ME in Special Education. She has a specialization in working with children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurological diseases. Amy has a post-graduate degree in personal trainers that has been accredited by ACE, NETA & AFFA. Amy is a businesswoman , and American certified fitness professional. She is a lover of silence, and has done so for a long time. She was with her long-time partner Matthew Polinsky.
